Returns & Cancellations

At Chryshakti, we value your experience and aim to provide the highest level of care.

Returns:

All skincare and wellness products are non-refundable once opened or used for safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

Cancellations:

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
