How do I book a session or consultation?
You can book directly through our online portal, which you’ll find under the Services or Book Now sections of the site. You may also request a Discovery Consultation if you’d prefer guidance before choosing your ritual. Once you select a time, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need for your session.

Do you offer consultations virtually or only in person?
Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual consultations tailored to your needs and location. Virtual consultations are perfect for those looking to develop a personalized home skincare routine, ask questions about products, or explore treatment options before visiting us in person.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Come as you are. Be well hydrated. We’ll take care of everything else, and you’ll leave feeling cared for on every level.
What should I wear or bring to my session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully, think loose, breathable fabrics. You don’t need to bring anything special; we provide everything needed for your treatment.
How long are sessions, and what happens after?
Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the service chosen. After your treatment, we encourage gentle self-care: hydrate well, avoid heavy makeup or intense sun exposure, and take time to rest if possible. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Respecting time is essential to us, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee will apply for shorter notice, unless it's an emergency.
